Ethiopian Coffee Roasting & Ceremony Experience Experience: Private Guests will experience the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony from start to finish and, most importantly, roast and prepare their own Ethiopian coffee with guidance from a local host. What guests will do: 🌱 Learn about Ethiopian coffee and its history 🔥 Select and wash the raw green coffee beans ☕ Roast their own Ethiopian coffee beans over a traditional charcoal stove 🥄 Grind the freshly roasted beans by hand using a traditional mortar and pestle 🌿 Prepare the traditional coffee ceremony with incense ☕ Brew the coffee in a traditional jebena 🍿 Enjoy the coffee with traditional Ethiopian snacks such as popcorn, roasted barley, or bread 🗣️ Learn about Ethiopian coffee culture and the meaning of the three traditional rounds: Abol, Tona and Baraka 📸 Take photos and enjoy the experience with your host
